Mixed Level Classes
Our adult mixed-level Jiu Jitsu classes are designed for students who already have some experience on the mats. Whether you’re a few months into training or preparing for competition, these sessions offer the right balance of challenge and progression. Training partners of different levels help you refine technique, expand your skill set, and continue developing your overall game in a supportive and motivating environment.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu – Gi
Gi classes focus on traditional BJJ, using the uniform to control, grip, and apply a wide range of techniques. Training in the Gi helps students develop precision, timing, and strong defensive awareness, as the added grips slow the game down and deepen technical understanding. It’s an excellent way to build a solid foundation and refine your overall Jiu Jitsu skill set.


Brazilian Jiu Jitsu – No-Gi
No-Gi classes focus on a faster, more dynamic style of grappling without the traditional uniform. Without grips, students learn to rely on movement, body control, and effective positioning. No-Gi training improves athleticism, reaction time, and real-world application, making it a great complement to Gi training and essential for a well-rounded Jiu Jitsu game.
